Content_faqs
1. What are credits?
Credits are the form of currency used for transactions on Clipgarden. One credit equals one dollar, with progressively increased discounts available with the more credits you purchase.
2. Who purchases clips?
Individuals looking for quality video solutions for their problems, especially those who find visual references easier to understand than textual references.
3. Can I earn some money while Clipgarden's beta?
Not yet. We plan on issuing mock credits to everyone who signs up, and allow them to operate the site with those credits while testing. We'll reset those credits once the site goes live, at which time the website will begin operating with real money.
4. How will I begin earning once the website goes live?
Clipgarden automatically credits your Paypal account with your earnings every month.
5. Why would I want to contribute to Clipgarden?
People want to contribute clips to help others with your area of expertise, as well as earn a supplemental, passive income by selling those clips. The more clips you upload, the more potential earnings you can make.
6. Why are the clips priced differently?
Clips are priced by professionals. They determine their pricing based on complexity, quality, duration, and demand. However, professionals cannot exceed 3 credits (around 3 dollars).
7. What is a series?
A series is a compilation of clips that are about a related topic. For example, if a contractor remodels a bathroom, they might divide their clips for each stage of the project (replacing the sink, tiling the floor, etc).
